The General Manager within the company is expected to be a strong business leader, having overall responsibility for the daily operation of the depot, ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is achieved at all times. Depot profitability should only be achieved in a safe and responsible manner.
Sales Representative-Newcastle
The Sales Representative needs to be a highly motivated, resilient, self starter who is driven to exceed targets in a challenging environment. The focus is on the development of a profitable and sustainable customer base.
We are therefore looking for an experienced customer focussed sales person who has the ability to develop lasting business relationships with a wide cross section of existing and prospective customers. A good communicator, success is measured by exceeding targets. The split of new business activity to pure account management we believe will be at least 75:25 prospecting to management as we look to grow.
